Pale salmon onion skin; the bouquet is clean and crisp, with a mix of faintly nutty/strawberry aromas. The palate has excellent feel and texture, with delicate strawberry and spice flavours, and none of those meaty/Bonox characters which predominantly Pinot-based sparkling wines can sometimes acquire.
