Expert Reviews

James Halliday (1997 Vintage) says
Light straw-green; the bouquet is tight, but complex, with a particular spicy edge to the fruit; the palate is elegant, fresh, fine and long, but not quite as complex as the bouquet and three years on yeast lees leads on to expect. Only 400 dozen made, coming exclusively from 2 hectares of close-planted pinot noir and chardonnay planted by Charles (Chilla) Hargrave in 1987.
