Yering Station Village ED Rose

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

Hailing from the Yarra Valley, this is a lovely dry style of Rose that displays rosewater, red cherry and spicy, earthy scents on the nose. The palate is lighter-bodied and red fruited with bracken and deli-meat notes, gentle tannins, and a dry, savoury and spice finish. This is a great food wine that will go with anything from veggie to light pork dishes.

With elegant lifted aromas of cherry, red currant and rose hip. Delicate fruit flavours complement the floral notes and subtle tannins with a classic 'extra-dry' finish.

Nose: Delicate mandarine and Christmas cherry. Savoury, spices typical of Pinot Noir. Earthy undertones.

Palate: Lovely pristine juicey fruit centre, subtle herbal spices compliment the fine line of tannin and texture.
