Comes from two vineyard plots, one the venerable Block 2 and the other, younger plantings from the Highbury Fields site. Lemon Lime Splice scents and flavours with a bit squeeze of grapefruit juice coupled to some flinty, steely mineral characters. Quite intense, zesty, acid-drive in its style. Very compact and racy. I see Thai takeaway in its near future.
Bright pale straw with green hues. Lifted aromas of blossom, citrus and subtle yellow fruits. The palate is energetic and textured with citrus juice flavours
